Payment by Check or Money Order

Determine the number of leads you desire, multiply by $5.10. 

There is a 10 lead minimum order for one time or occasional leads. If you are making a monthly commitment, the minimum number is 5 leads. Monthly commitments require a 30 day cancel notice.

WHAT ARE PREMIUM SURVEYED LONG FORM LEADS

These leads are called long form leads because of how much information they have on Mia Bella Candle Opportunity.

When they request information and because they fill out information like First Name, last Name, Email, Phone, City, State, Email, Address and Zip Code among other
questions like How soon can you get started or something similar. These leads are what is known as WARM because they already know quite a bit about Mia Bella before you give them a call. They know it is a candle business!

Because of all the information they are given and how receptive they are to the Mia Bella Distributors when they call, a lot of the work of warming them up is already done for you.

Do they request information from the website and if not how is it different?

A: They request information from a "Landing Page".

What is the guarantee on these leads?

A: This is IMPORTANT...Leads will be replaced that have both bad
phone# and bad e-mail address. You will need to submit all
information that accompanied the bad leads in one batch before the end of the month to have them replaced.

QUESTIONS THAT MUST BE ANSWERED

REGARDING THE LEADS

1. Are these leads ever resold to anyone else?
NO. However, that does not mean that the lead didn't request information on our business from another site, or fill out the form more than once. Bad leads are replaced.

2. How old will the leads be by the time I get them?
If you buy them directly from your enroller they will be 24-96 hours.

3.Is there a time limit and or format for lead replacement?
Time: Leads are now being delivered within 1 day to 3 weeks. Holiday periods can mean a slowdown. If you want to participate, please note that it can be a 3 week wait  as we can not determine nor control the number of leads that come in daily.

Watch the yahoogroups emails for updates. Leads are replaced for  bad email, phone number,. no one requested information, etc. Copy and paste the  entire line of the lead into an Excel Spreadsheet, creating a Column T with your full name and a Column U with the reason why the lead is being returned. Attach and email to me and  these are due by the 5th of each month for the previous month. No exceptions.

4. If these leads are resold - how often?
These leads are NEVER resold. However, that does not mean that the lead has not filled out other forms on 

other websites for a home business, candle business, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT DELIVERY OF LEADS:

1. Leads are delivered in an Excel spreadsheet format. If you don't have Excel on your 

computer, you can get a free Excel Viewer Download.

2."Delivery Begins" means that the first leads will begin delivery on that date it does not mean that all leads will be delivered on that date. If you were the 50th person to order, your leads will probably not be delivered on the first day that delivery begins.

3. If there have been other changes (email address change, etc) that will affect the delivery of your leads - then email the person you paid your money to.

4. All leads are delivered in the order in which payment is received. Understand that people have to respond to the ads before the coordinators to have leads to fill the orders.

Those who make a monthly commitment to leads do get leads first, however.
